RETURNS/EXCHANGES:

Pieces of Riche, LLCs products are handcrafted and made to order, and due to the sensitive nature of skincare products there are ZERO returns or exchanges.

OUR REPLACEMENT POLICY

We'll always do our best to serve and provide a replacement for your damaged items.

To start a replacement request, you can contact us at PiecesofRiche@gmail.com. If your replacement request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a replacement for damaged goods will not be accepted.
